In the past 76 years, over 83,000 children from the State of Texas with physical disabilities, type 1 diabetes, cancer and Down syndrome have enjoyed a week of adventure, encouragement, friendship and fun while building their confidence and self-esteem. What is Giving Tuesday?
#GivingTuesday, is a global day dedicated to giving back which is held on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving each year. Especially on this day, people from all over the world come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give to their favorite causes.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way to give something more financially, physically or through your resources to great organizations like Texas Lions Camp in order to change lives for the better!
